Trading - EQ

I create this blog for most important subject in trading market - Emotions (EQ). From my experience it's much more then just trading IQ, rules, discipline and even so, then profitable system...I realize that after my huge losses in FX trading market. This is what you can read or hear very often about emotions: "The key to making money in the currency exchange market is to avoid emotional decisions and to follow a carefully thought out strategy that takes the current market and history into account." but not many can answer or telling HOW? How it can be done? How to avoid or maybe we dont need to avoid..? ...today I would like to share with all traders with my ideas about this subject and I am welcome everyone who would like to share what they experienced...feel free to Email me your stories or any articles about this subject and I will post it to the blog.
